Our stay at Borgo San Leonardo was absolutely fantastic! The value for our money was incredible, with a clean, comfortable, and cozy room that exceeded our expectations. The location couldn't have been better, right in the heart of the city but surprisingly quiet. The staff treated us like royalty, going above and beyond to make us feel welcome even though we arrived late. We can't wait to return!
The breakfast menu could be improved with a wider variety of options.

With our children in tow, the visit to the funicular in Bergamo was an absolute blast! The ride up to the old town was thrilling for the little ones and provided breathtaking views for the entire family. The apartment at Borgo San Leonardo was the perfect base for our family adventure. It was spacious, impeccably clean, and had excellent bathrooms. Lia's warm welcome and informative nature made us feel right at home. The convenient location, within walking distance of the train station and the charming old town, made exploring Bergamo a breeze.
My wife says that having curtains or interior blinds in the bedrooms would have been ideal for a restful sleep, ensuring complete darkness. However, this was a minor inconvenience, considering the overall exceptional experience.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful, meeting me upon arrival and giving me great recommendations for places to visit and restaurants to try. The apartment was spacious, comfortable, and spotlessly clean. It had all the necessary amenities, including a well-equipped kitchen and an espresso machine with pods provided. The location was perfect, centrally located and close to all the main attractions. I also loved the fact that breakfast was included, as well as a selection of beverages. the cleanliness, hotel facilities, location, and the friendly staff made my stay here exceptional.
It was all superb.

Free WiFi was a lifesaver - I could post all those Instagram stories from my luxurious seating area. And being in a traffic-restricted area made for some great people-watching while sipping my tea.
No curtains? Perfect for those who like to wake up at the crack of dawn, not so great for me.

The apartment at Borgo San Leonardo in Bergamo was absolutely amazing! It had a cozy seating area and a flat-screen TV where I could relax and unwind after a long day of exploring. The two bathrooms with a bidet and shower were a real convenience for our group. No more waiting for our turn! The air-conditioning in the apartment was a lifesaver, especially during the hot summer days. It kept us cool and comfortable throughout our stay. The apartment had two bedrooms, which was perfect for us. We could each have our own space and get a good night's sleep. The dining area was lovely and provided a great space for us to enjoy meals together as a group. The kitchen was well-equipped with a dishwasher and an oven, making it easy for us to prepare our own meals if we wanted to.
Personally, I would have preferred a private entrance for the apartment. But I understand that others may not mind this at all.
